What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer questions from prospective customers regarding Orkin services
- Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow
- Close pest control sales via telephone and schedule the initial service
- Support the field's peak season starting around February
- Manage customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service and identify cross-selling opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma/GED
- 3+ years of telesales experience with a proven track record of hitting sales quotas
- 3+ years of cold-calling and/or telemarketing experience
- Ability to navigate multiple systems on the phone with customers
- Minimum internet speed of 50 mbps download/20 mpbs upload
