What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, integrate, and implement Occupational Therapy in the Home-Based Primary Care Program
- Perform comprehensive evaluations to ascertain patients' functional status and rehabilitation needs
- Provide clinical services to veterans in their homes, utilizing telehealth when appropriate
- Document initial assessments, treatment plans, and responses to treatment according to policy and standards
- Assist in updating and maintaining Occupational Therapy policies and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and 2 years of experience as an occupational therapist, or a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current NBCOT certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Full, current, and unrestricted state license to practice Occupational Therapy
- Proficiency in spoken and written English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Geriatrics, Primary Care, and/or Home Care
- Experience working in multidisciplinary environments
