Job Description
- Req#: 1146
- In the Locality Teams, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team including social workers, occupational therapists and trusted assessors to complete comprehensive assessments to enable independence and where required, moving & handling assessments for older people and adults with physical disabilities who have difficulties managing activities of daily living in their homes.
- In the Home Improvement Team, you will work alongside other Occupational Therapists, Case Workers and Surveyors to complete comprehensive assessments primarily for home adaptations.
- HCPC registered.
- Able to complete person centred and proportionate OT assessments.
- Familiar with moving and handling equipment such as hoists and stand aids.
- Experienced in recommending minor and major adaptations.
- Aware of legislation underpinning practice.

Career Graded PO2- PO3: £41,967 pa rising in annual increments to £44,862 pa inc LW.
Welcome payment of £1000 and a Market Supplement of £1000 per annum.
