      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide prescribed occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of licensed occupational therapists
      - Implement treatment plans and select modalities to meet established rehabilitation goals
      - Assist patients with mobility, dressing, and toileting needs while ensuring their safety and comfort
      - Arrange and manage patient schedules for timely visit arrivals and report any delays
      - Maintain, care for, and clean equipment and supplies used in therapy sessions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Occupational Therapy Assistant certification: Required
      - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
      - Associate's/Technical Degree in occupational therapy or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
      - Two years of rehabilitative services experience or equivalent education: Preferred
      - One year's occupational therapy experience: Preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
      - Additional certifications in specialized areas of occupational therapy
      - Experience in home health or hospice settings
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
      - Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
