      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide a programmatic perspective in the creation of data sets for the Office of Child and Family Services
      - Produce, review, and audit all required reporting according to established timelines
      - Analyze and monitor child and family services data for use by various stakeholders
      - Collaborate with colleagues and partner agencies to improve service delivery through performance data
      - Monitor and report on changes to federal requirements and program performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of eight (8) years of education, training, and/or experience in analyzing, evaluating, and developing improvements to organizational systems and programs
      - Demonstrated knowledge and use of information management systems, data sets, and reports
      - Experience with information extracts and the production of reports
      - Ability to gather, assemble, calculate, and analyze data to draw valid conclusions
      - Strong communication skills demonstrated through a cover letter addressing specific performance areas

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using PL/SQL, Salesforce, Einstein Analytics, and Tableau
