What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct needs analyses to determine developmental areas of leadership and management programs
- Develop training programs using various techniques such as role-playing, simulations, and group discussions
- Align training programs with organizational strategies
- Develop evaluation tools to measure program effectiveness
- Coach new and existing Frontline Managers in leadership and management development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in organizational development or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Organizational Development or related field
- Certification in training and development
- Experience in curriculum development and delivery
- Knowledge of eLearning platforms
- Experience in coaching and mentoring frontline managers
