Job Description

- Provide critical logistics and administrative support to teams with on-site workshops and meetings, with tasks such as creating name badges, preparing welcome signs and event materials, assembling, and delivering gift bags, welcoming and directing workshop/event attendees as needed, setting up meeting rooms, and ensuring timely delivery, set-up, and breakdown of catering.
- Assist SRG leaders and teams with administrative tasks, including organizing travel arrangements, completing expense reports, creating presentations, typing notes, scheduling meetings, etc.
- Be the “keeper” of the SRG’s conference rooms and common areas, including keeping areas tidy and organized and proactively ordering and stocking supplies/refreshments as needed.
- Be the owner of all shared calendars; this includes auditing, maintaining, and communicating all necessary information to ensure office and client facing events run smoothly.
- Monitor pick-up and delivery of shipping, deliveries, and mail.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure seamless execution of events and achieve desired outcomes.
- Work with outside vendors and the building landlord on general cleaning/maintenance needs and the repair of equipment and furniture; manage invoice tracking and payments.
- Vet and maintain our preferred vendors for hospitality, including travel, catering, supplies, gifts, and other services as needed; solicit team feedback and maintain quality control.
- Manage and administer employee parking, ECO Passes, office/workspace assignments, and building access permits.
- Manage our office safety programs, including COVID response, ergonomic set-ups, weather closures and communication, security, etc.
- Be a positive culture creator as an active participant of SRG’s THRIVE team, assisting with all-company meetings and acknowledging employee milestones and celebrations.
- Showcase exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail to manage office operations efficiently while also coordinating various events and activities.
- Possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Create a professional and friendly environment for employees, clients, and guests; be the primary point of contact and hands-on support for all office questions and needs.
- Perform other administrative projects and duties for various teams, as needed and time permits.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed to support events and meet deadlines.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in office management, administrative support, and event coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is a bonus.

Travel Requirements:
SRG has a hybrid work environment; given the duties of this role, this position will need to work primarily onsite in our downtown Boulder office 40 hours a week.
