      - Book appointments for services and consultations via outbound calls
      - Coordinate and manage technician and salesperson calendars
      - Perform basic office administrative tasks, including responding to messages and emails
      - Ensure efficient communication between clients and service teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines
      - Must be using Windows OS with at least 8GB of RAM
      - Proficient in CRMs
      - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
      - Strong organizational and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing service-oriented schedules or appointments
      - Familiarity with the home services industry
      - Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong problem-solving skills
      - Experience with customer relationship management tools
