      To clean and maintain entire maintenance department, including the Mechanical, Paint & Body and Fabrication shops.

      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    • Clean all office and common areas.
    • Empties all trash containers daily.
    • Sweep all carpet daily.
    • Wet mop hard flooring daily.
    • Cleans benches and floors.
    • Stock kitchens.
    • Cleans restrooms and showers.
    • Performs other duties as directed.


    • ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Assist with shoveling snow and salt the sidewalks around building.
    • Adhere to a cleaning schedule for all carpets and glass.
    • Stocking copy and fax rooms when needed.
    • Use slippery floor hazard signs when needed.

      QUALIFICATIONS:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Some High School Education acceptable.
    • Ability to work in a highly detailed and safe manner.
    • Ability to operate forklift and floor cleaning equipment.
    • Ability to safely use certain cleaning chemicals.
    • Ability to read and understand labels and written and verbal directions.
    • 0-1 years of "hands on" experience.
