      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Sort and distribute incoming mail, prioritizing legal correspondence and time-sensitive documents.
      - Prepare, package, and process outgoing legal mail in compliance with delivery requirements.
      - Maintain accurate logs and tracking records for all legal and operations documents.
      - Communicate with internal departments regarding mail receipt and distribution.
      - Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive legal materials.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent.
      - Experience in a mailroom, administrative, or legal environment is preferred.
      - Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
      - Ability to work independently and handle confidential materials with discretion.
      - Basic computer skills, including email and document management tools.

      - Familiarity with handling legal mail and document management is a plus.
