What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Route and schedule transfer drivers to retrieve rental equipment in need of maintenance
- Review and maintain reports of equipment entering and leaving the shop
- Coordinate the delivery of replacement parts or tools needed for repairs
- Process Repair Purchase Orders efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to proactively maintain the rental fleet

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Professional communication skills and eagerness to collaborate with others
- Experience in Human Resources and office management
- Experience in basic bookkeeping and tracking of financial transactions
- Basic mechanical reasoning skills are a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in vehicle maintenance or repair
- Knowledge of fleet management processes
- Familiarity with proprietary technology used in equipment assessment
