What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build strong rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Efficiently schedule appointments for Design Associates and follow up on open proposals
- Update QuickBooks daily, accurately recording all income and expenses
- Collaborate with the Owner to discuss sales, customer expectations, and manage product orders
- Coordinate schedules between customers and installers for efficient job scheduling

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities
- Experience in bookkeeping using QuickBooks is preferred
- Capable of working independently without constant supervision
- 1-3 years of experience preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role within the flooring or home improvement industry
- Familiarity with local marketing initiatives and event participation
- Knowledge of installation processes and customer expectations in flooring services
