      The Office Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, supervising Executive Assistants, and coordinating internal and external events. This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage administrative tasks, mentor the Executive Assistant team, and ensure the successful planning and execution of company events. The Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining a productive work environment while managing office resources, schedules, and events in alignment with company goals.

      KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

      • Manage, guide, and mentor a team of Executive Assistants to ensure high performance, professionalism, and alignment with organizational goals
      • Oversee the delegation of tasks and ensure that each Executive Assistant is meeting expectations regarding timelines, quality, and confidentiality
      • Lead and coordinate the planning and execution of internal and external company events and coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution
      • Manage logistics for events, including booking venues, catering, technology setup, and ensuring guest lists are handled professionally
      • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and that all administrative processes are efficient
      • Assist with special projects as assigned by senior management.
        Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendors, ensuring everything is stocked and well-maintained

      QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

      • A high school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field preferred
      • At least 3-5 years of administrative experience, including supervisory and event coordination experience
      • Proven track record of successfully managing office operations and planning events
      • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role with supervisory and event coordination experience
      • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a team of Executive Assistants
      • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail
      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines effectively
      • Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, event planning tools, etc.)
      • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing demands
      • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
