- Develop trust with customers and provide exceptional service to create loyal clients
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and follow up on open proposals
- Organize and maintain the showroom and office environment
- Collaborate with sales staff to discuss customer expectations and product orders
- Accurately update QuickBooks for all income and expenses related to the business

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking
- Experience in bookkeeping using QuickBooks is a plus
- Ability to work independently without supervision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with local marketing efforts and community engagement
