What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative and customer support activities for the business
- Enter and maintain client data in CRM and Project Management software
- Assist in resolving client questions and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Answer calls and provide immediate service to client inquiries
- Assist the Business Owner in day-to-day duties critical to the success of the company
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in an office environment
- Independent work ethic and professional positive attitude
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Google Apps, and various web technologies
