Job Description

- Leading graphics and document needs for the office location
- Plan, schedule, layout, and organize various graphic design and production activities
- Processing of Canada Post, couriers, and internal mail daily
- Receives and delivers printed faxes in a timely manner
- Operate and maintain a variety of office equipment
- Keep office supply room tidy and fully stocked; maintain and organize shelving and materials in all floor print stations and the mail room
- Organize, manage and assist with photocopying jobs and other administrative requests
- Office packing, cleaning, organizing and logistics support for planned and ad hoc office moves as required
- Provides reception relief for receptionist daily and full coverage for vacations, sick days and other days off
- Train and provide work direction to assigned staff
- Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others
- Performs other clerical duties, as assigned
- Completion of High School Diploma
- Experience in a professional services environment is considered an asset
- Experience in a customer service driven environment is considered an asset
- Knowledge of operation and basic maintenance of major office equipment including photocopier, fax machine, postage machine, colour printer and cerloxing procedures
- Digital dexterity and comfort using a variety of hardware and software technologies
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, frequent sitting, standing and walking are required
- Strong team player
- Organized, with high attention to detail and accuracy when completing tasks
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to be resourceful and work with minimal instruction or supervision
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) when dealing with lawyers, clients, staff and third parties
- Being proactive and taking initiative in anticipation of next steps

POSITION SUMMARYThe Office Services Clerk is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office. The candidate will have a strong work ethic, be collaborative, professional, adaptable, positive and interested in their work. This role will be on-site in the Calgary office and will not be eligible for hybrid or remote working arrangements.
