Answer underwriting/legal questions for agents and staff
Respond to requests for large policy authorizations
Salvage, collection, and recoupment on claims and unremitted premiums
Assist in claims administration
Preparation of Agency Agreements and Amendments
Participation in CE and CLE programs for Agents and customers of Agents
Law Degree
Good standing status with the Ohio Supreme Court
Ohio Title Insurance License
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work with confidential information
Ability to perform under pressure and be flexible with disruptions throughout the workday
Repetitive and continual typing motion is required
Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting a majority of the time. Walking and standing are required, occasionally.

CENTRAL TITLE DIVISIONJob Description:
The Ohio licensed attorney selected for this position will provide underwriting support and expertise to our teammates, agents, and customers, as it relates to the issuance of real estate title insurance commitments and policies. In this position, you will utilize underwriting standards and guidelines within authority limits to underwrite the issuance of title insurance and provide guidance in the performance of real estate settlement services. You will ensure that accountable decisions are taken at the right level of the company and that all parties are suitable informed about the level of legal risk in any given policy
*Must be a licensed member of the bar in the State of Ohio
*This is a hybrid-office position and attendance in one of our offices is required from time to time
*You must have at least five (5) years of title insurance underwriting experience to be considered for the position
*You must live in the Eastern Time Zone
