The Program
Join us for an immersive two-day in-person program thoughtfully crafted for college students interested in consulting and seeking valuable networking opportunities. Throughout the program, you’ll have a chance to connect with women from across the country and network with Oliver Wyman staff of diverse levels and experiences. Participants will also delve into comprehensive resources covering interviewing techniques, case preparation strategies, and insights into the daily life of a consultant. Moreover, the program grants exclusive access to discussions with leaders, providing invaluable perspectives on their experiences and journeys in the consulting industry as women in the workplace.
Our program will take place on Thursday March 7th and Friday March 8th in Dallas, Texas.
Oliver Wyman will provide transportation, hotel accommodations and meals for students traveling to attend.
Throughout the series participants will have buddies to help with case-interview prep and answer any questions you might have about life at OW! There will be additional opportunities for collaboration, conversation, and networking throughout the virtual sessions leading up to our in-person experience.
Upon successful completion of the program participants will be invited to interview for either the Summer 2025 internship program (for Class of ’26 graduates) or the full-time Consultant Class of 2025 role. Offer locations vary across several U.S. Oliver Wyman offices.

We do not require a specific academic major or industry experience and we value extracurricular activities and evidence of leading an interesting and impactful life outside of studies/work. Internship Program Compensation: The applicable salary for this role is $1,900 per week.
Full-Time Compensation: The applicable base pay for this role is $110,000.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
