      We are looking for people with experience in Omni-Channel & Retail Media, interested in starting a SWEET career as part of our Marketing team at PIM’s Headquarters in Park Ridge, New Jersey, or to work on a hybrid semi-remote schedule. This position will report to our Senior Director of Omni Marketing on the Digital Commerce Team. The ideal candidate will have a resilient fail forward mindset to test, learn and grow as we accelerate digital commerce.

      Overview:
      We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Omni-Channel & Retail Media Manager to drive omni-channel growth through retail partnerships and retail media execution. This role will focus on managing ecommerce initiatives with retail partners in the confection/snacking industry, ensuring seamless integration of digital and in-store strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail media, how to win the digital shelf, and ecommerce optimization, working closely with agency partners and internal teams to achieve business objectives.

      Key Job Responsibilities

      Omni-Channel Strategy & Execution:

      • Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to drive sales growth across retail partner ecommerce platforms (e.g., Walmart Connect, Instacart, Kroger Precision Marketing).
      • Ensure alignment between digital and in-store promotional plans to create a cohesive brand presence.
      • Partner with sales and marketing teams to implement trade plans that support ecommerce objectives both internally and externally with key retailer stakeholders.

      Retail Media Management:

      • Collaborate with agency partners to plan, execute, and optimize retail media campaigns across key retail platforms.
      • Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness and profitability.
      • Ensure campaigns align with broader brand strategies and customer engagement goals.

      Analytics & Reporting:

      • Track and report key ecommerce KPIs, such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and retail media performance.
      • Analyze customer behavior and retail data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

      Collaboration & Cross-functional Support:

      • Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain) and external partners to support omni-channel initiatives.
      • Align ecommerce efforts with overall business goals, ensuring consistency across digital and in-store channels.

      Market Insight & Innovation:

      • Stay informed on ecommerce and retail trends within the food industry to identify new opportunities and best practices.
      • Proactively recommend strategies to improve customer experience and competitive positioning within retail channels.

      Qualifications


      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
      • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, retail media management, strategic sales or omni-channel strategy, specifically within the food industry.
      • Strong expertise in retail media networks (e.g., Walmart Connect, Kroger Precision Marketing) and trade promotion planning.
      • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage agency relationships.
      • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decision-making.
      • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

      Preferred Skills:

      • Familiarity with retailer ecommerce platforms and tools.
      • Experience in the food industry or similar CPG environments.
      • Knowledge of digital marketing and shopper marketing principles.
      • Creates, manages, and distributes testing dashboards to cross-functional and leadership teams
      • Collaborates with agency and third-party partners to communicate marketing performance data

      Worksite:

      • The PIM Brands Global Headquarters in Park Ridge, New Jersey
      • HYBRID - The role requires working on-site: Monday thru Thursday. Work from home/remotely on Fridays. Option to work semi-remotely in a hybrid schedule.
      • Estimated travel - 25% to trade shows, retailer/broker/customer business reviews, etc.
