What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Direct responsibility for Brick & Mortar.com (B&M) Customer Growth Strategy and Net Sales goals
- Engage with eTailers and optimize Go To Market (GTM) strategies
- Manage the eCommerce P&L for B&M.com
- Utilize tools and technology to improve search relevance and track metrics
- Lead corrective actions with customers and collaborate with eCommerce Marketing and eAnalytics teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in CPG and eCommerce
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial background
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations and gather insights from data
- Strong collaborator and ability to build relationships with customers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Warehouse/Direct and DSD experience
