- Develop and execute impactful omnichannel communication strategies and campaign approaches based on brand and sales insights and objectives for the brand’s gifting category and market moments ( Xmas, Advent, Easter, local market moments).
- Lead the full end-to-end lifecycle of a wide range of omnichannel marketing campaigns and communication projects: from approach development, creative concept briefing, KPI setting, collaborating with global and local marketing and digital teams on 360 plans to paid media executions and measuring campaign success.
- Work closely with the in-house agency on the development of creative concepts, copy and video/photography assets for marketing touchpoints.
- Together with local markets, develop and implement media channel strategies to reach target audiences effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging media channels.
- As the owner of your campaigns, be flexible and solution-oriented, never lose sight of the planning and ensure relevant stakeholders are informed and involved at all times.
- Contribute to the brand awareness/consideration growth targets and rituals.com revenue target.
- The Specialist role reports to the Sr. Campaign Team Lead within the Campaign Team in Rituals Marketing.
- You have a relevant Master’s degree.
- You have 4 to 7 years’ experience as a global campaign manager or brand manager (preferably in FMCG/Retail for a global brand).
- You have a strong understanding of owned, earned and paid marketing channels.
- You have strong data analytics and project management skills.
- You are flexible with priorities and comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- You are driven, well-organized, and a true connector with a great sense of accountability and attention to detail.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- You have proven stakeholder management skills and experience working with creative and global/local marketing teams in an international environment.

Job Description
As a Campaign Manager you are part of the Global Campaigns team within the Marketing department at Rituals. You develop impactful 360-integrated omnichannel campaigns to boost Rituals brand and products and create communication for the entire Rituals brand funnel globally, from awareness to purchase. You are an engaging communicator who can inspire teams to action. This is a role for a communications and campaign marketer or brand manager with a solid experience in FMCG for a global brand, who is an expert in the media landscape and can run complex cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various media channels and platforms, along with a proven track record of successfully utilizing these channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and results.
