      About the Role

      The On-Call Digital Technician is an exciting opportunity to be a full time Digital Technician overseeing the workflow of photography assets for various projects in a high-volume photo studio.

      What You'll Do

      • Collect, edit, name, and process all on-set imagery.
      • Collaborate with the photography team to ensure color accuracy and image consistency.
      • Oversee and understand the technical and automated processes/workflows.
      • Perform on-set quality assurance, including color management.
      • Capture and edit video assets on set.
      • Assist the photographer with equipment setup and breakdown as needed.
      • Support both production and marketing teams during figure shoots.
      • Communicate effectively with Production, Creative, and Account Management teams.
      • Set up capture stations and monitors daily, troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.
      • Assist with technical troubleshooting on set.

      Who You Are

      • Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume photo studio environment.
      • Minimum 3 years of experience as an on-set Digital Technician.
      • Expertise in Capture One software.
      • Experience with Adobe Premiere.
      • Phase One Certification is a plus.
      • Technical expertise in Macintosh hardware and software.
      • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Filemaker, and Canon Camera Systems.
      • Exceptional communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
      • Technical problem-solving skills
