      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide expertise and staff support for a nationwide hotline assisting elder fraud victims
      - Deliver excellent customer service to all callers and meet project service metrics
      - Manage casework for individuals reporting fraud, including documentation and referrals
      - Collaborate with internal teams to develop communications plans and public awareness campaigns
      - Ensure compliance with relevant state and federal requirements for call center operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a Human Services subject area
      - At least 3 years of experience working with older adults experiencing victimization or fraud
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering training and technical assistance to victim service programs
      - Demonstrated high-level technical writing skills
      - Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance prior to the start date

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree in a Human Services subject area
      - Experience working on national-level victim service efforts
      - Proficiency in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
      - Experience staffing a Call Center/Hotline or providing services in a fast-paced environment
      - Detailed knowledge of local victim service providers and state coalitions
