What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-call coverage for scheduling emergencies, ensuring adequate aide deployment during weekends and holidays
- Field emergency calls from aides, participants, and family members regarding scheduling issues
- Log callouts and track unplanned absences in the On-Call tracker
- Communicate timely changes and updates to participants and family members
- Collaborate with PACE On-Call Nurses and Home Care Teams as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and other basic computer applications
- Experience working with home health aides and in multi-cultural/multi-lingual settings
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Some college-level coursework or several years of professional work experience in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in Spanish, Cape Verdean Creole, and/or Portuguese
