What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-call coverage for scheduling emergencies on weekends and holidays
- Communicate with participants and their families regarding aide assignments and changes
- Field emergency calls from aides, nurses, and family members to coordinate coverage
- Log callouts and maintain accurate records of on-call activities
- Collaborate with the Home Care and PACE teams to ensure smooth operations during emergencies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required
- Experience working with home health aides and in multi-cultural/multi-lingual settings
- Excellent interpersonal and computer skills; ability to multitask effectively
- Strong customer service orientation and professionalism
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word; some college coursework preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Spanish, Cape Verdean Creole, and/or Portuguese
- Previous experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment
