What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored training and technical assistance (TTA) plans
- Provide grantees with organizational financial management TTA and resources for federal grants compliance
- Review and create plain language resources to enhance grantees' financial management capacities
- Support webinars, conferences, and regional meetings to promote awareness of federal grants management
- Engage with a variety of justice-related disciplines to deliver effective training and assistance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- At least 7 years of experience in victim service assistance within American Indian and Alaska Native communities
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in criminal, juvenile justice, or victim services with direct TTA service provision
- U.S. citizenship required by federal government contract
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance

- Experience providing TTA specifically to American Indian and Alaska Native communities
- Familiarity with OJP grants financial management requirements
- Proficiency with technology for virtual meetings and communication
- Background in working with federal grantees and a client-service orientation
