Title: OnBase Admin
Location: Stamford, CT
Job Description:
Development and Integration: Design and develop solutions within the Nautilus ECM system, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial systems and workflows.? Customization: Tailor Nautilus modules to align with specific business requirements, enhancing functionalities such as document capture, storage, retrieval, and workflow automation.? System Maintenance: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary updates or patches to maintain optimal system functionality.? Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and compliance, to gatherrequirements and ensure the ECM system supports organizational objectives.? Training and Support: Provide training sessions for end-users and offer ongoing technical support to ensure efficient use of the system.? experience with related technologies such as Hyland OnBase is advantageous.
