What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with customers to understand their goals and guide them through best practices for long-term success with the platform
- Identify and implement tools, processes, and methodologies for seamless onboarding and implementation
- Manage project plans and timelines, coordinating internal and external resources for customer onboarding
- Conduct basic account setup and serve as a trusted product advisor to resolve configuration issues
- Gather and relay product feedback to improve offerings and advocate for customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role and/or project management
- Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales cycle and ability to align projects with sales objectives
- Experience in a customer onboarding role within a high-growth SaaS start-up
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex information for diverse audiences
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with property management systems
- PMP Certification
- Familiarity with work streams involved in launching new products
