What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create scoping documents and plans to ensure timely project delivery and solution integration
- Develop trusted relationships with customers through reliable and authentic interactions
- Assist with data transfer and provide practical solutions for customer processes
- Deliver effective customer training through various channels, including the Cin7 help site and meetings
- Test the onboarding process against performance objectives and create/update technical documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Project management experience with the ability to manage 15+ small to medium-sized projects simultaneously
- Outstanding communication and conflict resolution skills
- Professional and reliable disposition with a strong customer service mindset
- Self-motivation and strong organizational skills to progress multiple onboarding projects
- Technical skills to solve problems and implement changes effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in onboarding or supporting inventory management solutions or ERPs, particularly Cin7 or similar systems
- Knowledge of inventory management processes, warehousing, and supply chain management
- Familiarity with the eCommerce ecosystem, including accounting and shipping solutions
- Understanding of customers' unique needs in inventory management software
