What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide patients' chosen caregivers in submitting required work and I-9 documentation for orientation
- Complete the Start-of-Care process with patients and caregivers
- Communicate empathetically and clearly with callers to address their needs and foster positive relationships
- Schedule virtual orientation calls to ensure a smooth transition for patients
- Input and update case files and account data in Salesforce CRM tool

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced customer service role
- Proven exceptional customer service experience
- Experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish or other languages
- 2+ years of experience in the healthcare, hospital, or home care agency space
