What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a continuous queue of website customers, translating their preferences and business goals into effective website designs
- Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure successful delivery of hosted websites
- Define project deliverables, set timelines, and resolve content and technical issues for timely project completion
- Create and edit web content, including image editing and proofreading for quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members on side projects and contribute to a dynamic team environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree
- 1+ years of experience creating, deploying, and updating websites
- 1+ years of experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, including support and account management
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and cloud-based tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce
- Familiarity with website editors like Duda, Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress
- Strong graphic design skills
- Exceptional project management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
