      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Guide new clients through the onboarding process, compiling necessary assets and facilitating setup
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for client support during onboarding, providing technical solutions and troubleshooting
      - Maintain regular communication with clients to gather feedback and advise on platform utilization
      - Educate clients on platform features and implement training sessions for their team members
      - Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely delivery of technical solutions that meet client needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B.S. degree preferred or equivalent experience
      - 2+ years of related experience
      - Comprehensive understanding of pipeline revenue, forecasted revenue, and sales cycle revenue management
      - Proven ability to drive continuous value of products
      - Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an absolute focus on quality of work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in SaaS
      - Experience in the lending industry
