      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the accurate and timely onboarding of new hires, rehires, and transfers from the acceptance of the verbal offer to their first day of orientation
      - Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and departmental policies during the onboarding process
      - Prepare onboarding documents and maintain accurate HRIS records for new associates
      - Collaborate with various departments to provide updates on clearance statuses to HR and hiring managers
      - Identify and resolve barriers in the onboarding experience while maintaining communication with management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education
      - 1-2 years of recent experience in high-volume scheduling or administrative roles
      - Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
      - Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with new hires
      - Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in human resources
      - Familiarity with HR and payroll processes
      - Experience in process improvement initiatives or similar projects
