Understand how to set up customers with Amplify’s vast variety of digital products, their nuances, and how the varying individual customer scenarios impact these processes, including the nuances that differ among various states.
Coordinate all aspects of digital onboarding for new and existing customers in Amplify’s internal systems.
Maintain consistent and clear communication with the customer and internal teams to ensure a successful launch and setup.
Managing customer data and monitoring data transfers to ensure the safety of PII and data compatibility.
Adapt to a fast-paced technical environment, absorbing ever-changing technical nuances and evolving processes, persistently asking thoughtful questions of our technical onboarding team, as well as our engineering and product partners, to better understand exactly what is needed to ensure quality digital implementations.
Proactively staying up to date with any changes or updates made that impact how we provide access to our customers.
Ability to deeply research technical issues, and provide solutions for a wide variety of implementation structures.
Work under tight deadlines with high volume demand, while always ensuring that fidelity to quality and process is upheld.
Operate with understanding, active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness to customers and partners alike.
Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in customer service.
Demonstrated proficiency in information management.
Experience using Google Suite, in particular Google Sheets and Google Docs.
Organizational and project management skills.
Ability to prioritize contract deadlines and tasks.
Operate with ownership, be a self-starter, and have good attention to detail.
Demonstrated proficiency in customer service.
Experience using Salesforce.
Knowledgeable about the application of technology in the K-12 classroom.
Experience using a Student Information System or similar database experience.
Experience using Clever or Classlink.
2 years experience providing support in an IT/Help Desk Support environment.

The Onboarding Specialist, Technical manages and monitors the onboarding and support of customers implementing various Amplify products into their technological and curricular infrastructure.
Our ideal candidate has a background in K-12 technical onboarding as well as experience with meeting tight deadlines, under a high volume demand. We're looking for strong teammates who love collaboration, welcome feedback, and who are quick, eager, and confident when learning new things. The candidate should also have keen attention to detail and solid analytical skills– particularly for technical processes and workflow– and be able to adapt to change on the fly.
This is a contract role. Contract length 12 weeks.
