What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires and existing candidates
- Serve as the primary contact for onboarding-related issues and coordinate efforts with clinicians and administration
- Send new hire welcome packets containing essential payroll and benefits information
- Track pre-employment screening requirements such as background checks and drug tests
- Manage the electronic new hire onboarding system and ensure all paperwork is completed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required; college degree or coursework preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive data
