What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires and existing candidates
- Serve as the primary contact for onboarding-related issues and monitor progress
- Send out new hire welcome packets containing necessary payroll forms and benefits information
- Coordinate and track pre-employment screening requirements, such as background checks and drug screens
- Ensure all required onboarding paperwork is completed and filed correctly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required; College Degree or coursework preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of personnel
- Excellent organization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
