      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop business and increase utilization of the Cancer portfolio products within various oncology disciplines
      - Provide education on oncology science, research, and test results to healthcare professionals
      - Collaborate with sales associates and management to drive test utilization and improve patient outcomes
      - Build and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders
      - Implement quality process recommendations to support treatment decisions within oncology pathways

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS degree required; MBA preferred
      - 5+ years of sales experience in diagnostic testing, molecular testing, medical devices, or capital equipment
      - Previous experience as an Account Manager or similar role
      - Strong strategic thinking skills and extensive knowledge of healthcare delivery systems
      - Ability to travel daily in the assigned territory; 50-60% overnight travel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Six Sigma or Lean Healthcare Certifications (or achievement within 12 months of start date)
      - Demonstrated leadership skills in oncology, pathology, or molecular diagnostics markets
      - Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
      - Flexible, innovative, and self-motivated with a proven track record in sales
      - Working knowledge of HIPAA laws and patient privacy practices
