      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, understanding their practice structure and needs
      - Educate key stakeholders on immunotherapy compounds and the value of products
      - Analyze trends in the oncology market and develop account plans with stakeholders
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent customer experience
      - Influence customer strategies by asking insightful questions and providing tailored solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years of sales experience or a high school diploma with at least 10 years of equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of oncology field sales experience
      - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required by the role
      - Strong knowledge of cancer staging, treatment options, and clinical trials
      - Proven ability to analyze complex buying environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Documented history of strong performance in a sales or oncology clinical role
      - Experience with therapeutic agents in oncology sales
      - Clinical oncology expertise across multiple solid tumors
      - Familiarity with oncology GPOs, wholesalers, and specialty pharmacies
