      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for oncology customers, building relationships and understanding their needs
      - Educate stakeholders on oncology products and develop compelling rationales for their value
      - Analyze market trends and account interdependencies to create effective account plans
      - Collaborate with the oncology customer team to ensure a consistent customer experience
      - Share insights and best practices to enhance customer satisfaction across the territory

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of sales experience OR high school diploma with at least 10 years of equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of oncology field-based sales experience
      - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required (overnight travel 10-15%)
      - Legally authorized to work in the United States
      - Knowledge of cancer treatment options and clinical trials

      - Experience in oncology sales or clinical roles, particularly in breast cancer
      - Documented history of strong performance in sales or oncology clinical roles
      - Demonstrated ability to influence customer needs and develop tailored strategies
