What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to meet or exceed assigned sales goals
- Present approved disease state and product information to healthcare professionals using persuasive selling techniques
- Utilize sales analytics and customer intelligence to create impactful sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and external counterparts to execute territory sales and marketing strategies
- Continuously enhance knowledge of the oncology market and product expertise
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in oncology sales, particularly with solid tumors and lung cancer
- Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations
- Exceptional communication skills with a consultative selling approach
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

- Additional background screening may be required for certain health facility sales accounts
