- Possess strong technical skills in customer service and English speaking
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have experience in ISV and Hi-Tech domains (nice to have)
- Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid and rotational shift environment
- Exhibit problem-solving skills and attention to detail
