What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Privately tutor students around the world via Zoom
- Create personalized test prep plans for each student
- Set consistent instructional and practice exam schedules for each student
- Write lesson summaries and update parents on student progress
- Assign appropriate amounts of homework between lessons
- Establish genuine relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Communicate regularly with program managers and other staff to ensure maximum support for students

What is Required (Qualifications):

- At least 6 months of formal Physics tutoring experience (1 year or more preferred)
- Deep knowledge of AP Physics content and testing strategies
- Proven track record of significant score improvements for AP students
- Ability to deliver world-class customer service to affluent domestic and international families
- Familiarity with online teaching tools
- Bachelor's degree from a top university, preferably in Physics

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Experience with all AP Physics exams (AP Physics 1, AP Physics 2, and both AP Physics C courses)
- Previous experience with other tutoring companies
- Additional certifications or advanced degrees in Physics or Education
