      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or chat, providing advanced technical problem resolution for payroll and HCM products
      - Analyze and assess customer service needs, collaborating with other departments to develop and implement tailored solutions
      - Develop and maintain an extensive understanding of payroll and HCM products to resolve complex inquiries
      - Document support interactions comprehensively, including inquiries, complaints, resolutions, and follow-up actions
      - Provide expert technical support on installation, operational functions, troubleshooting, and maintenance of payroll and HCM products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required
      - 2-4 years of front-line customer service experience required
      - Advanced proficiency in customer interaction and customer support
      - Strong knowledge of product support, specifically in payroll and human capital management (HCM) products
      - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage and track customer interactions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree strongly preferred (Accounting, Business, or Customer Service specialization)
      - Bilingual candidates desired
      - Ability to provide remote technical support and tier 2 technical support
      - Excellent service desk management skills
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
