      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the subject matter expert on the employer's communities and home plans
      - Respond to internet inquiries and convert leads into appointments with sales agents
      - Conduct community product tours and assist in marketing campaigns
      - Maintain and manage customer relationship management software and client records
      - Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Directors on various projects and reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or inside sales experience
      - Strong work ethic with a high level of integrity
      - Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Valid driver's license required for attending events and functions
      - Willingness to travel as needed

      - Creative and innovative mindset, willing to contribute ideas
      - Experience in managing social media content
      - Familiarity with CRM systems, especially HubSpot
      - Strong communication and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
