UPchieve is a nonprofit providing free, 24/7 online tutoring to low-income 6th-12th grade students. Our mission is to democratize access to academic support so that all students have an equal opportunity to finish high school, attend college, and achieve upward mobility. Anticipated Start Date:

You need to be a University of Wisconsin student and eligible for Federal Work Study. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
No previous tutoring experience needed – we provide training to help you get started!
Position Summary/Job Duties:
You’ll tutor students via UPchieve’s platform, utilizing a virtual classroom that matches one student with one tutor. This virtual classroom provides a text-based chat and a whiteboard.
Physical Demands:
An ability to type on a computer!
