Job summary
The purpose of the post is to execute programme management for the Open Minds mental health partnership. This role involves facilitating the collaboration between the Calderdale Cares Partnership NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board and Open Minds partner organisations regarding the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing mental health support for children, young people, and their families in Calderdale.
Coming from a background in contracting or project management, you will drive forward the development of lead provider arrangements and service expansion in line with our organisational purpose, goals and values. A solid understanding of digital tools, project management software, and data systems is essential for ensuring efficient service delivery and monitoring outcomes. This position is crucial in maintaining the project management foundations to enable the partnership to drive the success of Open Minds in Calderdale, making a positive impact on children and young people in the community.
Main duties of the job
Oversee the project coordination of development and implementation of Open Minds initiatives aimed at enhancing mental health support in alignment with best practices.
Facilitate effective planning, collaboration, reporting for the achievement of Open Minds service goals working closely with various organizations within the partnership.
Define systems to ensure efficient resource utilization and the achievement of partnership goals and impact measures in alignment with the Open Minds contract.
Identify potential risks and challenges related to project implementation and work with managers to support the development of proactive mitigation strategies.
Co-ordinate and administer Open Minds meetings and schedules, including oversight of booking meetings, arranging attendance, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Prepare high quality reports and presentations and ensure links, co-ordination, and information sharing between relevant groups, meetings, and workstreams.
Support governance processes and ensure compliance with relevant protocols and procedures.
