What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct all-source analytic production using public, private, and governmental open source materials
- Analyze foreign and domestic publicly available information to identify trends and insights
- Collaborate with other intelligence community members on information sharing and conflict resolution
- Develop concise and comprehensive analytic products for defense intelligence
- Perform other related job duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience related to the OSINT Analyst role, with some experience within the last two (2) years
- Master's degree in a field related to the OSINT Analyst position
- Current TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph
- Proficiency in one or more languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic, or others listed
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in partner nation engagements and U.S. Southern Command missions
- In-depth knowledge of OSINT Analyst activities and methodologies
- Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies
- Ability to articulate key findings across organizational boundaries
- Experience in developing innovative research approaches for high-level assessments
