What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and support Metastorm BPM v9, including forms, scripting, and workflow design
- Assist customers in assessing, developing, and delivering technical solutions for process workflow automation
- Understand and apply the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles
- Maintain application support content, including in-context WalkMe content and training materials
- Provide application maintenance and support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 years of experience with Metastorm BPM v9, including forms, scripting, and workflow design
- Ability to assist customers in improving business processes using BPM automation
- Experience with the SDLC and software development processes
- Strong technical acumen and above-average people skills
- Metastorm Developer Certification or OpenText MBPM Developer Certification preferred
