Execute on strategy to bring awareness to Operational Excellence and drive SIM submissions across the Preferred organization
Manage SIM submissions, support, and reporting Create and execute communication plan for Preferred OpEx updates
Promote idea submissions and manage Speak Up as Council Domain Lead
Coordinate efforts across various LOBs to ensure efficiency and identify improvement opportunities
Owns the execution of strategy for the sound application of operational excellence across various functions
Manage projects and deliver tactical support
Responsible for defining, implementing, and leading operational best practices; ensure consistency in execution of operational requests
Understand process pain points and identify improvement opportunities via current state process assessment and VOC/VOA analysis
Understand client and associate feedback to drive positive, forward-thinking change
Understand purpose and drive efficiency across our work portfolio
Ensure all regulatory and compliance standards are met and maintained
Understanding of both operations and investments
Detailed knowledge of strategy deployment and process improvement
Strong leadership background with documented ability to deliver results
Ability to work in a team environment, focus on high quality execution
Solid analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking
Strong understanding of operational controls related to compliance or risk management
Ability to create a strong business case including cost and benefits
Demonstrates strategic thinking and supports change
5+ years of proven, hands-on experience designing/implementing new processes; improving existing processes; process ownership or operational excellence experience
Critical thinking and logical problem solver. Ability to understand a problem, explore solutions and present pros and cons of alternative options
Excellent verbal and written communication & executive presentation skills
Demonstrated project management experience
