Job Description

• Support GO TO MARKET on Contact Centre and Customer Engagement
• Work with internal partners in Accenture Song, Tech and NGCO teams offshore, stakeholders in solutioning and pricing to drive client responses.
• Partner with the various teams to embed a One Accenture response in the propositions that focus on a transformative response to solutions.
• Use best practices gained from experience and Accenture use cases to ensure risks to solutions are highlighted and mitigated.
• Where required support programs that are in problematic status as part of task force to improve the situation.
• Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
• Ability to influence or complete assignments independently, and ability to make decisions to devise work products or plans, reliance on instruction, and decision-making ability.
• Manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
